At Break Free Empire, every piece is created with intention. Many of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs without overproduction.
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at breakfreeempire@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Because many items are produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
