At Break Free Empire, each piece is made with intention and often produced on demand. Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review it and offer a replacement or refund.
Sizing

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once placed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
